2. What data we collect

• Registration form data: first and last name, e-mail address, phone number, city, preferred means of transport.
• Technical data: campaign identifiers (gclid, fbclid, UTM parameters), Google Analytics identifier, entry and referring page.
• When contacting us via Telegram — data passed to the bot under Telegram's rules.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Form data is used to pass you on to registration with the settlement partner (Eter, join.eter.app), which helps you start working as a taxi driver. Basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We process analytics data to measure the effectiveness of the service and ads (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — only after cookie consent.

4. Data recipients

Settlement partner Eter (join.eter.app); Google (Analytics, Ads) — after cookie consent; Telegram — when using the bot.

5. Retention period

Up to 12 months from the transfer or until consent is withdrawn.

6. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, withdrawal of consent, complaint to the President of UODO (uodo.gov.pl). Contact: [email protected].

7. Cookies

(a) essential — remembering your consent and sign-up progress; (b) analytics and advertising (Google) — activated only after clicking "I agree" (Google Consent Mode v2). You can reject them with the "Decline" button — the service works normally.
